National Erasmus+ Office in Palestine Participates in ‘Role of Education in Rebuilding Gaza’ Conference

The National Erasmus+ Office in Palestine participated in the “Role of the Education Sector in Rebuilding Gaza” Conference, organized by the Educators for Peace network in the United Kingdom. The conference brought together educators, researchers, and representatives of civil society who are committed to advancing peace, justice, and the protection of education in Palestine, with a particular focus on Gaza Strip.

During the conference, Dr. Amir Khalil highlighted the critical role of international academic cooperation and educational initiatives such as Erasmus+ in strengthening the resilience of Palestinian higher education institutions. He also stressed the importance of maintaining opportunities for students, academics, and universities to engage in international collaboration, even during periods of crisis.
