مشاركة مكتب إيراسموس+ الوطني في فلسطين في فعاليات SPHERE حول المهارات وعملية بولونيا

شارك مكتب إيراسموس+ الوطني في فلسطين (NEO Palestine)، إلى جانب أعضاء فريق خبراء إصلاح التعليم العالي (HEREs)، في فعاليتين ضمن برنامج SPHERE، عُقدتا في الجامعة الوطنية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا POLITEHNICA Bucharest يومي 14 و15 أيلول 2026.

وتناولت الفعالية الأولى، وهي ندوة SPHERE حول «التركيز على المهارات: انعكاسات ذلك على التعلم والتعليم في التعليم العالي»، أهمية المهارات ودورها المتزايد باعتبارها من المحركات الرئيسية للتنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية. كما بحثت الندوة في كيفية فهم المهارات وتعريفها، وعلاقتها بمخرجات التعلم والكفايات، وسبل دمجها بصورة فعالة في المناهج الدراسية وممارسات التدريس والاستراتيجيات المؤسسية لمؤسسات التعليم العالي.

كما شارك المكتب وفريق HEREs في ندوة SPHERE حول عملية بولونيا، التي عُقدت في 15 أيلول، وركزت على استكشاف رسالة عملية بولونيا وآلياتها وديناميكيات العمل ضمنها، إلى جانب مناقشة التطورات والإصلاحات الجديدة المرتبطة بسياساتها وأدواتها. وأتاحت الندوة فرصة لتبادل الخبرات والممارسات بين الدول ومؤسسات التعليم العالي المشاركة حول تنفيذ إصلاحات عملية بولونيا، والاستفادة من نتائج الفعاليات الوطنية التي يدعمها برنامج SPHERE.

وتأتي مشاركة مكتب إيراسموس+ الوطني في فلسطين وفريق HEREs في إطار تعزيز انخراط فلسطين في مسارات إصلاح التعليم العالي الأوروبية، وتبادل الخبرات والمعارف، والمساهمة في تطوير جودة التعليم العالي وملاءمته، وتعزيز انفتاحه وتدويله.

The National Erasmus+ Office Palestine (NEO Palestine), together with members of the Higher Education Reform Experts (HEREs) team, participated in two SPHERE events held at the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest on 14–15 September 2026.

The first event, the SPHERE Seminar “Focus on Skills: Implications for Higher Education Learning and Teaching,” held on 14 September, addressed the growing importance of skills and their role as key drivers of social and economic development. The seminar explored how skills are understood and defined, their relationship with learning outcomes and competences, and ways to effectively embed them in curricula, teaching practices, and institutional strategies within higher education institutions.

The NEO Palestine and HEREs team also participated in the SPHERE Bologna Process Symposium, held on 15 September. The Symposium focused on the mission, methods, and working dynamics of the Bologna Process, as well as recent developments and reforms related to its policies and tools. It also provided an opportunity for participating countries and higher education institutions to exchange experiences and practices in implementing Bologna Process reforms and to reflect on the outcomes of national events supported by SPHERE.

The participation of NEO Palestine and the HEREs team contributes to strengthening Palestine’s engagement with European higher education reform processes, facilitating the exchange of expertise and experience, and supporting efforts to enhance the quality, relevance, openness, and internationalisation of higher education in Palestine.
