During the session “Bridging Knowledge in Crisis: Regional Cooperation for Higher Education and Research Recovery,” Dr. Amir Khalil, Director of the National Erasmus+ Office, contributed to discussions on regional cooperation, resilience, and recovery in higher education, highlighting strategies to strengthen collective responses to crises across the Mediterranean region, with a particular focus on Palestine.
