مكتب إيراسموس+ الوطني ينظم جلسة تعريفية لطلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية حول فرص التبادل الأكاديمي ضمن برنامج الايراسموس+

نظم مكتب إيراسموس+ الوطني يوم الأربعاء الموافق 13 آب 2025 جلسة تعريفية بعنوان: "إيراسموس+: اكتشف فرص التبادل الأكاديمي الجامعي"، استهدفت طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية، بمشاركة ممثلين عن مكاتب العلاقات الخارجية والدولية في عدد من الجامعات الفلسطينية.

وشهدت الجلسة تفاعلاً واسعاً، حيث شارك فيها نحو 271 طالباً وطالبة، بهدف التعرف على الفرص المتاحة ضمن برنامج إيراسموس+، والتي تشمل برامج التبادل الأكاديمي، والدراسة والتدريب في الجامعات الأوروبية، بالإضافة إلى برامج الماجستير المتاحة.

افتُتح اللقاء بكلمة من مدير مكتب إيراسموس+ الوطني، د. أمير خليل، قدّم خلالها عرضاً شاملاً حول البرنامج، وأبرز الفرص التي يوفرها للطلبة الفلسطينيين. كما قدم ممثلو مكاتب العلاقات الدولية في جامعات: القدس، بيرزيت، الجامعة الإسلامية، فلسطين التقنية - خضوري، بيت لحم، وبولتكنيك فلسطين، عروضاً تناولت خبراتهم وشراكاتهم مع الجامعات الأوروبية، وآليات تقديم الطلبات وشروط المشاركة في البرامج المختلفة.

كما أتيحت الفرصة لعدد من الطلبة السابقين في برنامج التبادل الأكاديمي لمشاركة تجاربهم الشخصية، حيث تحدثوا عن الأثر الأكاديمي والثقافي الذي تركته التجربة على مسيرتهم التعليمية والمهنية.

وفي ختام اللقاء، فُتح باب النقاش وطرح الأسئلة، حيث تم الرد على استفسارات الطلبة المتعلقة بإجراءات التقديم، والشروط والمتطلبات اللازمة للاستفادة من فرص البرنامج.

The National Erasmus+ Office in Palestine Organizes an Info Session for Palestinian University Students on Academic Exchange Opportunities within the Erasmus+ Program

On Wednesday, August 13, 2025, the National Erasmus+ Office organized an Info session titled: "Erasmus+: Discover Opportunities for University Student Mobility", targeting students from Palestinian universities. The session was held with the participation of representatives from the international and external relations offices of several Palestinian universities.

The event witnessed strong engagement, with around 271 students attending to learn more about the opportunities offered through the Erasmus+ program. These include academic exchange programs, study and training opportunities at European universities, as well as available master's degree programs.

The session opened with remarks from Dr. Amir Khalil, Director of the National Erasmus+ Office, who provided a comprehensive overview of the program and highlighted the key opportunities available to Palestinian students. Representatives from the international offices of Al-Quds University, Birzeit University, the Islamic University, Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie, Bethlehem University, and Palestine Polytechnic University also took part, sharing insights into their institutions’ experiences and collaborations with European universities. They further outlined the application procedures and eligibility requirements for the various Erasmus+ programs.

Additionally, several former exchange students shared their personal experiences, discussing the academic and cultural impact the program had on their educational and professional journeys.

The session concluded with an open Q&A segment, during which students’ questions regarding the application procedures, requirements, and available opportunities were addressed.

مكتب إيراسموس+ الوطني في فلسطين يعقد لقاءً تشاورياً مع ممثلي مكاتب العلاقات الدولية في الجامعات الفلسطينية

عقد مكتب إيراسموس+ الوطني في فلسطين لقاءً تشاورياً مع ممثلي مكاتب العلاقات الخارجية والدولية في الجامعات الفلسطينية، وذلك يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 12 آب 2025، بهدف تعزيز التواصل وتبادل الأفكار حول آليات التعاون ضمن مشاريع برنامج إيراسموس+.

استُهل اللقاء بكلمة ترحيبية من مدير المكتب، د. أمير خليل، الذي ثمّن حضور ممثلي الجامعات، وشكرهم على تهنئتهم له بمناسبة تعيينه مديراً للمكتب. وأكد د. خليل على أن دور المكتب يتمثل في دعم مؤسسات التعليم العالي وغيرها من المؤسسات لزيادة فرص مشاركتها في المشاريع الممولة من البرنامج، مشدداً على ضرورة إيلاء اهتمام خاص بالمشاريع التي تخدم جامعات وطلبة قطاع غزة في ظل الظروف الراهنة. كما هنأ د. خليل الجامعات الفلسطينية التي فازت بمشاريع بناء القدرات لهذا العام ضمن مشاريع الايراسموس+، مثمناً جهودها في تطوير التعليم العالي وتعزيز التعاون الدولي.

كما أكد المكتب على عزمه العمل على عدد من المحاور المهمة خلال المرحلة المقبلة، ,من بينها: تعزيز الحضور الدولي لمؤسسات التعليم العالي الفلسطينية من خلال دعم البحث العلمي عالي الجودة وتوسيع التعاون مع الجامعات الأوروبية عبر برامج مثل التبادل الأكاديمي الدولي، وتعزيز التعليم المهني وريادة الأعمال داخل مؤسسات التعليم العالي بما يسهم في تطوير مهارات الطلبة وزيادة فرص توظيف الشباب الفلسطيني، وتحسين جودة التعليم والتدريب الرقمي عبر تبني أساليب تعليمية مبتكرة وتكنولوجيا تعليم متقدمة تواكب التطورات العالمية في هذا المجال.

وتناول اللقاء عرضاً تعارفياً من قبل الحضور، حيث قدّم ممثلو الجامعات الفلسطينية نبذة عن جامعاتهم وشراكاتهم والمشاريع التي تم تمويلها عبر برنامج إيراسموس+، كما جرى نقاش موسّع حول آفاق التعاون بين الجامعات.

كما جرى طرح مقترح لإعداد ملف تعريفي شامل يُبرز قدرات وإمكانات الجامعات الفلسطينية بهدف مشاركته مع الشركاء الدوليين والطلبة الأجانب. وتم التأكيد على أهمية تعزيز التعاون على المستويات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية، إلى جانب ضرورة تعزيز حضور مؤسسات التعليم العالي الفلسطينية في المحافل الأكاديمية العالمية، لتسليط الضوء على واقع التعليم العالي في فلسطين، لا سيما في قطاع غزة.

في ختام اللقاء، تم استعراض أبرز الأنشطة المخططة لمكتب إيراسموس+ الوطني خلال الفترة القادمة، والتأكيد على أهمية استمرار اللقاءات والتنسيق بين مختلف الأطراف.

The National Erasmus+ Office in Palestine Holds a Consultative Meeting with Representatives of International Relations Offices in Palestinian Universities

The National Erasmus+ Office in Palestine held a consultative meeting on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, with representatives from the international and external relations offices of Palestinian universities. The meeting aimed to strengthen communication and exchange ideas regarding collaboration mechanisms within Erasmus+ program projects.

The session began with welcoming remarks by Dr. Amir Khalil, Director of the National Erasmus+ Office, who expressed his appreciation for the presence of university representatives and thanked them for their congratulations on his recent appointment. Dr. Khalil emphasized that the role of the office is to support higher education institutions and other organizations in increasing their participation in Erasmus+-funded projects. He also stressed the importance of paying special attention to projects that serve universities and students in the Gaza Strip, considering the current challenging conditions.

In addition, Dr. Khalil congratulated the Palestinian universities that were awarded Capacity Building projects under Erasmus+ this year, commending their efforts in advancing higher education and strengthening international cooperation.

The office also affirmed its commitment to working on several key strategic areas in the upcoming phase, including:

• Enhancing the international presence of Palestinian higher education institutions by supporting high-quality research and expanding cooperation with European universities through programs such as International Credit Mobility (ICM) and institutional alliances.

• Promoting vocational education and entrepreneurship within higher education institutions to improve students’ skills and increase employment opportunities for Palestinian youth.

• Improving the quality of digital education and training, through the adoption of innovative teaching methods and advanced educational technologies aligned with global developments.

The meeting also featured an introductory segment where participants presented brief overviews of their respective universities, their international partnerships, and Erasmus+-funded projects. A broad discussion followed on potential avenues for inter-university cooperation.

A proposal was presented to develop a comprehensive profile that highlights the capacities and strengths of Palestinian universities, with the aim of sharing it with international partners and prospective foreign students. The discussion also emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation at the local, regional, and international levels, as well as enhancing the presence of Palestinian higher education institutions

The meeting concluded with an overview of the upcoming activities planned by the National Erasmus+ Office, and a reaffirmation of the importance of continued engagement and coordination between all stakeholders.

NOTE PAGE LIMITS

For actions managed by the Executive Agency, applications must be submitted electronically via the EU Funding &

Tenders Portal. Applications (including annexes and supporting documents) must be submitted using the forms provided

in the Submission System.

Proposals must be complete and contain all the requested information and all required annexes and supporting

documents:

Application Form Part A — contains administrative information about the participants (future coordinator,

beneficiaries and affiliated entities) and the summarised budget for the project (to be filled in directly online);

Application Form Part B — contains the technical description of the project (to be downloaded from the Portal

Submission System, completed, and then assembled and re-uploaded); and

Part C (to be filled in directly online, if any) containing additional project data

Applications (Part B) are limited to 40 pages for calls for low value grants (EUR 60 000 or below), 120 pages for calls with

high value grants (EUR 4 000 000), and 70 for all other calls. The following actions make exception to this rule: 40 pages

for “Capacity Building in Higher Education” (CBHE) and 70 pages for the action Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters. Evaluators will not consider any additional pages.

For actions managed by the Erasmus+ National Agencies, applications must be submitted electronically via the forms available in the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps website.

Towards Better Micro-credentials in Palestine: Design, Implementation, and Recognition

This webinar is organized within the framework of HERE activities and is part of a broader initiative to support national higher education reform in Palestine. It will focus on the increasing relevance of micro-credentials as strategic tools to enhance educational quality and improve the employability of graduates.

Participants will engage in discussions exploring the design, implementation, and recognition of micro-credentials and will benefit from international insights and best practices in the field.

شارك وفد فلسطيني يضم عدداً من ممثلي وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي والجامعات والمؤسسات الأكاديمية الفلسطينية، بالتنسيق مع مؤسسة أصدقاء الجامعات الفلسطينية، في فعاليات مؤتمر الجمعية الأوروبية للتعليم الدولي (EAIE 2025)، والذي انطلق في مدينة غوتنبرغ؛ خلال الفترة من 9 إلى 12 أيلول/سبتمبر2025.

وتهدف مشاركة الوفد إلى إبراز التجربة الفلسطينية في مجال التعليم العالي، وفتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون الأكاديمي والبحثي مع المؤسسات الدولية، خاصةً في ظل الحرب الإسرائيلية الممنهجة على القطاع التعليمي الفلسطيني، والتي تستهدف الجامعات والمدارس والبنية التحتية الأكاديمية، في محاولة لطمس الهوية الفلسطينية وإضعاف حضورها العلمي والمعرفي على الساحة الدولية.

ومن خلال المشاركة في مؤتمر الجمعية الأوروبية للتعليم الدولي، يسعى الوفد الفلسطيني إلى إيصال رسالة واضحة للمجتمع الأكاديمي العالمي مفادها أن فلسطين، رغم التحديات والدمار، ما زالت حاضرة وقادرة على الإبداع والمساهمة في مسيرة التعليم العالي الدولي، وأن محاولات محو الوجود الأكاديمي الفلسطيني لن تنجح أمام صمود وإصرار مؤسساته وطلبته.

ويُعد مؤتمر الجمعية الأوروبية للتعليم الدولي، من أبرز المؤتمرات العالمية المتخصصة في التعليم العالي، حيث يجمع هذا العام أكثر من 7,000 خبير وأكاديمي وصانع قرار من مختلف دول العالم، لمناقشة قضايا تتعلق بالبحث العلمي، التبادل الطلابي، تطوير المناهج، والرقمنة في التعليم. كما يوفر المؤتمر منصة مهمة لإقامة الشراكات بين الجامعات وتبادل الخبرات وأفضل الممارسات في هذا القطاع الحيوي.

نظّم المكتب الوطني لبرنامج إيراسموس+ في فلسطين، بالتعاون مع وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي الفلسطينية، ندوة إلكترونية على مدار يومين بعنوان "نحو تعزيز البرامج قصيرة الأمد (Micro-credentials) في فلسطين: التصميم، التنفيذ، والاعتراف"، وذلك في الفترة ما بين 22–23 أيلول/سبتمبر 2025.

تأتي هذه الندوة في إطار الجهود المستمرة لإصلاح التعليم العالي في فلسطين، وانسجامًا مع التوجّه العالمي المتزايد نحو اعتماد البرامج قصيرة الأمد كأدوات مبتكرة تعزز جودة التعليم وتساهم في تحسين فرص تشغيل الخريجين.

شارك الحضور في نقاشات معمقة حول مبررات وأهداف ومبادئ البرامج قصيرة الأمد، إلى جانب استعراض سبل عملية لتصميمها وتنفيذها والاعتراف بها ضمن السياق الفلسطيني. وتناولت المحاور الرئيسية مواضيع متعلقة بمشاركة أصحاب المصلحة، وعمليات التصميم المشترك، وأطر ضمان الجودة، وآليات الاعتماد، إضافة إلى إدماجها في الإطار الوطني للمؤهلات الفلسطيني (NQF)

أدار الجلسات الدكتور ميتشل بيترز، الباحث في جامعة كاتالونيا (UOC) وخبير بارز في مجال الابتكار التعليمي والبرامج قصيرة الأمدة. واستعرض الدكتور بيترز خبرات أوروبية وممارسات عالمية ناجحة، مقدّمًا أدوات عملية وحالات دراسية وأطرًا لدعم تطوير نظام وطني للبرامج قصيرة الأمد قائم على مخرجات تعلم عالية الجودة.

وشهدت الندوة مشاركة واسعة شملت مؤسسات التعليم العالي ومراكز التعليم المستمر ونواب رؤساء الجامعات للتخطيط والتطوير وحدات ضمان الجودة وممثلين عن وزارة التعليم العالي ووزارة العمل.

وساهم تنوع المشاركين في فتح نقاش موسّع حول كيفية استفادة سوق العمل من مخرجات التعليم العالي عبر البرامج قصيرة الأمد.

في ختام الندوة، توصّل المشاركون إلى مجموعة من التوصيات لتوجيه الاستراتيجيات الوطنية والمؤسسية المستقبلية، أبرزها:

1. تنقيح مسودة الإرشادات الوطنية لاعتماد البرامج قصيرة الأمد.

2. وضع أطر مشتركة لضمان الجودة الداخلي وتقييم المتعلمين.

3. تطوير نماذج تصميم برامج قائمة على مخرجات التعلم.

4. تعزيز التنسيق بين الجامعات والوزارات والقطاع الخاص.

5. تحديد خطوات عملية لدمج االبرامج قصيرة الأمد في الإطار الوطني للمؤهلات.

تمثل هذه الندوة محطة هامة في الحوار الوطني حول تحديث التعليم العالي في فلسطين، فمن خلال الاستفادة من النماذج الأوروبية وتكييفها مع السياق المحلي، يسعى أصحاب المصلحة إلى بناء إطار متين يدعم التعلم مدى الحياة ويعزز في الوقت ذاته من فرص تشغيل الخريجين وكفاءاتهم المهنية.

Towards Better Micro-credentials in Palestine: Design, Implementation, and Recognition

Technical Assistance Mission (TAM) Webinar

The National Erasmus+ in Palestine, in collaboration with the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education, successfully organized a two-day Technical Assistance Mission (TAM) webinar titled “Towards Better Micro-credentials in Palestine: Design, Implementation, and Recognition” on 22–23 September 2025.

The webinar forms part of ongoing efforts to advance higher education reform in Palestine and aligns with the growing global focus on micro-credentials as innovative learning tools that enhance education quality and graduate employability.

Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on the rationale, objectives, and principles of micro-credentials, as well as practical approaches for design, implementation, and recognition within the Palestinian context. Key topics included stakeholder engagement, co-design processes, quality assurance frameworks, accreditation pathways, and integration into the Palestinian National Qualifications Framework (NQF).

The sessions were facilitated by Dr. Mitchell Peters, Senior Researcher at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) and a leading expert in educational innovation and micro-credentialing. Drawing on European experiences and global best practices, Dr. Peters provided practical tools, case studies, and frameworks to support the development of a high-quality and outcome-based micro-credential system in Palestine.

The webinar gathered a wide range of participants, including representatives from: Higher Education Institutions, Continuing Education Centers, Vice Presidents for Planning and Development, Quality Assurance Units, The Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Labor.

This diverse participation ensured an inclusive dialogue on how micro-credentials can bridge the gap between higher education outcomes and labor market needs.

By the conclusion of the webinar, participants jointly identified a set of recommendations to guide future national and institutional strategies, including:

1.⁠ ⁠Refining draft national accreditation guidelines for micro-credentials.

2.⁠ ⁠Establishing shared frameworks for internal quality assurance and learner assessment.

3.⁠ ⁠Developing outcome-based program design templates for micro-credentials.

4.⁠ ⁠Strengthening alignment between universities, ministries, and private sector stakeholders.

5.⁠ ⁠Outlining clear next steps for integrating micro-credentials into the Palestinian NQF, using an agile, minimum viable framework approach.

This webinar represents a milestone in the national dialogue on modernizing higher education in Palestine. By leveraging European models and tailoring them to the local context, stakeholders aim to build a robust framework that not only supports lifelong learning but also enhances the employability and skills readiness of Palestinian graduates.

National Erasmus+ Office in Palestine and Turkish National Agency Facilitate Virtual University Networking Seminar

The National Erasmus+ Office in Palestine, in collaboration with the Turkish National Agency, successfully hosted the Virtual Contact Seminar between Palestinian and Turkish Universities on Wednesday, 22 October, with around 130 participants from both sides.

The seminar aimed to foster academic cooperation between Palestinian and Turkish universities and explored opportunities for joint participation in various Erasmus+ programme actions, including:

• International Credit Mobility (ICM)

• Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE)

• Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training (CB VET)

The event primarily targeted colleagues working in International Relations Offices and Project Units at universities, providing a platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and collaboration on future Erasmus+ projects.

Participants engaged in discussions, shared experiences, and explored potential partnerships that will strengthen academic cooperation between institutions in both countries. The seminar highlighted the value of Erasmus+ for building skills, fostering innovation, and enhancing international collaboration.

The National Erasmus+ Office in Palestine thanked all participants for their active involvement and reaffirmed its commitment to supporting initiatives that enhance higher education partnerships and contribute to sustainable development in the region.

The Erasmus+ National Office in Palestine participated in the 10th National Forum organized by the Higher Council for Innovation and Excellence, where the office was represented by Dr. Amir Khalil in the panel discussion titled:

“The Role of Palestinian Talents in Supporting National Innovation: Erasmus+ as a Bridge for Global Collaboration”

The session highlighted the role of Palestinian youth and talents in promoting innovation and creativity, and how international cooperation programs like Erasmus+ can serve as an effective platform for capacity building, knowledge exchange, and supporting projects that contribute to sustainable development in Palestine

نظَّمت وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي، من خلال الهيئة الوطنية للاعتماد والجودة والنوعيَّة لمُؤسَّسات التعليم العالي، اليوم، لقاءً لمُناقشة مُخرجات مشروع "المساقات العلميَّة المقلوبة عبر بيئات تعلُّم ثلاثية مُطوَّرَة من قِبل فرق خُبراء ثلاثية مُمكَّنة من خلال برامج التعزيز الثلاثي" 3EEE، والمُموَّل من مكتب إيراسموس الوطني، إذ جاء اللقاء بعنوان: إطلاق برنامج الدبلوم المهني المُتخصِّص في بيداغوجيا التعليم للمحاضرين.

وفي هذا السياق، أشاد وزير التربية والتعليم العالي أ. د. أمجد برهم بخبرة الجامعات المُشاركة في المشروع من الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة، مُثمِّناً سعي هذه الجامعات الدائم لتحسين جودة مُخرجات العملية التعليميَّة والتكامل مع جهود الوزارة في هذا السياق.

وعبَّر الوزير عن أمله بأن تنعكس الخبرات المُكتسبة من المشروع إيجابيَّاً على باقي الجامعات الفلسطينية، وعلى التعليم العالي الفلسطيني عموماً، وذلك بالاستفادةِ بتبادل الخبرات مع الدول، مُتطرّقاً إلى واقع قطاع التعليم في قطاع غزة، مُشدّداً على ضرورة بذل كل جُهد مُمكن لإغاثة التعليم وضمان مُواصلة الطلبة تعليمهم بالرَّغم من تداعيات حرب الإبادة الجماعيَّة التي شنها الاحتلال على القطاع.

من ناحيته، أشار رئيس الهيئة الوطنية للاعتماد والجودة لمؤسسات التعليم العالي د. معمر شتيوي إلى أهمية هذا المشروع ودوره في الارتقاء بالأكاديميين في الجامعات الفلسطينية، لافتاً إلى ضرورة الاستفادة المُثلى منه، مُعبِّراً عن سعادته بالتعاون مع إيراسموس في مُختلف المشروعات الهادفة التي تُسهم في تجويد مُخرجات التعليم.

بدوره، عبَّر مدير مكتب إيراسموس في فلسطين د. أمير خليل عن سعادته باللقاء مع الزملاء من جامعات غزة، وتنفيذ عدد من المشروعات لخدمة جامعات القطاع، مُشيراً إلى أهمية هذا المشروع في فتح الآفاق للمشروعات المستقبلية بالتعاون مع مؤسسات التعليم العالي، آملاً أن يُسهم هذا اللقاء في خدمة الجامعات الفلسطينية قاطبةً، بما يُمكِّن من ربط المُخرجات بسوق العمل، وتعزيز التعاون مع الجامعات الأوروبية ومُختلف الشركاء.

من جانبه، أشار وكيل التعليم العالي د. بصري صالح إلى أنَّ تنفيذ هذا المشروع في الجامعات الفلسطينيَّة يأتي في ظلِّ التَّحوّلات المُتسارعة التي يشهدها قطاع التعليم العالي الفلسطيني، وفي ظلِّ الحاجة إلى تطوير كفاءة الكادر الأكاديمي بما يتجاوز التَّخصّصات المعرفيَّة المُتعدّدة، ليشمل البُعد التربوي- التدريسي، لافتاً إلى أنَّ التدريب البيداغوجي يأتي كأداة رئيسة لرفع جودة التعليم وتعزيز تجربة الطالب/ة الجامعي.

من جانبه، لخَّص الوكيل المُساعد لشؤون التخطيط والتطوير د. شادي الحلو توصيات ورشة العمل المُكثَّفة التي استمرت على مدار يومين، إذ كان من أبرز التوصيات: ضرورة استحداث سياسات وطنية لتطوير الكوادر الأكاديمية الجديدة في مجالات المشروع الثلاثة، وضرورة تبني مُخرجات المشروع وتعميمه وطنياً، والاستفادة من المساقات المُطوَّرة بالشراكة بين الجامعات الشريكة في المشروع بالاستفادة من التجارب العالمية، وإطلاق مساقات أخرى تحت إشراف هيئة الاعتماد والجودة.

ومن التوصيات أيضاً دعوة الجامعات للاستفادة من الخبرات التي حصلت عليها المشروعات، من خلال الاطلاع على التجارب العالمية وتعميمها على مُستوى مؤسَّسات التعليم العالي، وخُصوصاً في مجال استخدام التكنولوجيا وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والعمل على مُراجعة التجربة بعد طرح المساقات، والاستفادة من التجارب وتطويرها ضمن السياق الفلسطيني.

وكانت مديرة مشروع 3EEE د. نهى عطير والمنسق د. غسان شاهين قد قدَّما في بداية اللقاء عَرضاً حول أهمية المشروع والنشاطات والمُخرجات. كما قدَّم مدير عام التعليم التقني م. سامر موسى عرضاً حول محتوى الدبلوم المهني المُتخصّص "بيداغوجيا التعليم للمحاضرين".

نظم مكتب برنامج إيراسموس+ الوطني في فلسطين يومًا تعريفيًا في جامعة دار الكلمة – بيت لحم، للتعريف ببرنامج إيراسموس+ ومكوناته المختلفة، واستعراض الفرص التي يوفرها في مجالات التبادل الأكاديمي، وبناء القدرات، وتعزيز الشراكات بين مؤسسات التعليم العالي الفلسطينية ونظيراتها الأوروبية.

شارك في اللقاء ممثلون عن عدد من مؤسسات التعليم العالي الفلسطينية، من بينها: جامعة دار الكلمة، جامعة بيت لحم، جامعة فلسطين الأهلية، كلية الكتاب المقدس، جامعة الاستقلال، جامعة الخليل، جامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين، الكلية الذكية الجامعية للتعليم الحديث، جامعة فلسطين التقنية – خضوري، جامعة القدس، والهيئة الوطنية للاعتماد والجودة والنوعية في وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي.

تزامن اللقاء مع عقد ورشة عمل تناولت مخرجات مشروع 3EEE المموّل من الاتحاد الأوروبي، والذي يهدف إلى تعزيز مهارات الطلبة والخريجين وربط مخرجات التعليم العالي باحتياجات سوق العمل.

افتتح اللقاء الدكتور متري الراهب، رئيس جامعة دار الكلمة، بكلمة ترحيبية أكد فيها أهمية التعاون الأكاديمي ودور برامج إيراسموس+ في دعم الجامعات الفلسطينية وتطوير قدراتها.

وتحدث الدكتور معمر شتيوي، رئيس الهيئة الوطنية للاعتماد والجودة والنوعية، عن أهمية مشروع 3EEE ودوره في تحسين جودة التعليم وربط الجامعات بسوق العمل، مشيرًا إلى الدور الحيوي لبرنامج إيراسموس+ في تطوير التعليم العالي في فلسطين. كما قدّمت الدكتورة نهى عطير من جامعة فلسطين التقنية – خضوري عرضًا لأبرز مخرجات المشروع.

كما تضمّن اللقاء عرضًا قدّمه الدكتور أمير خليل، مدير مكتب إيراسموس+ الوطني في فلسطين، تناول فيه آليات الاستفادة من برنامج إيراسموس+ وفرص التعاون الأكاديمي المتاحة أمام الجامعات الفلسطينية.

وعلى هامش اليوم التعريفي، جرى عقد اجتماع مع رئيس جامعة دار الكلمة الدكتور متري الراهب لبحث آفاق التعاون ضمن مشاريع إيراسموس+ المستقبلية. كما تم تنظيم زيارة إلى جامعة فلسطين الأهلية ولقاء رئيسها الدكتور عماد الزير، لمناقشة سبل تعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي وتطوير المشاريع المشتركة، وتوسيع مشاركة الجامعات الفلسطينية في برامج إيراسموس+ على المستويين المحلي والدولي.

ويأتي هذا النشاط ضمن جهود مكتب إيراسموس+ الوطني في فلسطين لتعزيز التعاون مع الجامعات الفلسطينية والجهات الرسمية ذات العلاقة، وتشجيعها على الاستفادة من فرص البرنامج في مجالات التبادل الأكاديمي، وبناء القدرات، والمشاريع المشتركة.

National Erasmus+ Office Holds Info Day at Dar Al-Kalima University – Bethlehem

The National Erasmus+ Office in Palestine organized an Info Day at Dar Al-Kalima University – Bethlehem to introduce the Erasmus+ Programme, highlighting its various components and the opportunities it offers in academic exchange, capacity building, and fostering partnerships between Palestinian higher education institutions and their European counterparts.

Representatives from several Palestinian higher education institutions participated, including Dar Al-Kalima University, Bethlehem University, Palestine Ahliya University, Bethlehem Bible College, Al-Istiqlal University, Hebron University, Palestine Polytechnic University, Smart College for Modern Education, Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie, Al-Quds University, and the National Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission (AQAC) at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

The event coincided with a workshop presenting the outcomes of the EU-funded 3EEE Project, which aims to enhance students’ and graduates’ skills and strengthen the connection between higher education and the labor market.

The Info Day opened with a welcome speech by Dr. Matri Al-Raheb, President of Dar Al-Kalima University, emphasizing the importance of academic cooperation and the role of Erasmus+ in supporting and developing Palestinian universities.

This was followed by remarks from Dr. Muammar Shtaywi, President of the National Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission (AQAC), highlighting the significance of the 3EEE Project in improving education quality and linking universities to the labor market, as well as the pivotal role of Erasmus+ in advancing higher education in Palestine.

Dr. Nuha Iter from Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie presented the main outcomes of the project.

The event also included a presentation by Dr. Amir Khalil, Director of the National Erasmus+ Office in Palestine, outlining mechanisms for benefiting from the Erasmus+ Programme and the academic cooperation opportunities available to Palestinian universities.

On the sidelines of the Info Day, a meeting was held with Dr. Matri Al-Raheb, President of Dar Al-Kalima University, to explore future collaboration within Erasmus+ projects. A visit to Palestine Ahliya University was also conducted, where a meeting with its President, Dr. Emad Al-Zeer, discussed ways to enhance academic cooperation, develop joint projects, and expand Palestinian universities’ participation in Erasmus+ programmes at both national and international levels.

This activity is part of the ongoing efforts of the National Erasmus+ Office in Palestine to strengthen partnerships with Palestinian universities and relevant governmental bodies, and to encourage them to benefit from Erasmus+ in areas of academic exchange, capacity building, and joint projects.
